I help you deploy complex technical solutions

and make them simple for the people who use them. Less time wasted, less fear of technology, tools your teams actually use.

What I do

Real solutions, for two kinds of people.

Whatever the subject, the same method: Analyse · Inspiration · Build · Deploy. See the method ↓

For SMEs and large companies
AI for everyone

Giving everyone the chance to understand and use AI. Taking the fear away.

Hands-on sessions built on your own use cases, not demos.

MBZUAI Global AI Leadership Program 2025

Office 365 & Digital Workplace adoption

Changing the way people work, not just installing tools.

Skillset, toolset and mindset.

BOBST Life Program · 5,600 employees

Hybrid meeting rooms

From a 3-seat huddle room to a modular space for 100+ people: places where working together feels just as natural on site as remotely, and where the meeting starts in under a minute.

Design · installation · maintenance · support

Digital signage

Bringing internal communication closer to the people.
Setting up processes to display existing content with no manual effort.

BOBST deployments

Automation

Cutting out repetitive work through workflows and integrations.

Workflows, automation and AI + workflows in practice

For SMEs, non-profits, charities and community groups in particular
Complex websites
WIX Partner - Creator

With built-in CMS, workflows and automation.

10+ complex sites · Wix Partner Creator

Building automation

Making the building adapt to the people in it. For energy efficiency and everyday comfort.

Home automation ~100 sensors · solar 103 MWh · rainwater harvesting

Turnkey meeting rooms

Two formats built for SMEs: the manager's room (4 seats) and the boardroom (10–12 seats). Video calls that work the first time, with no one to call for help.

Design · installation · maintenance · support

My method

Four steps, always the same.

Whatever the subject, the approach stays the same, whether it's AI, meeting rooms, digital signage, websites or buildings.

01

Analyse

People's needs, processes, strategy. I start by understanding the daily pain points.

02

Inspiration

Gathering information and solutions, looking at what others have done.

03

Build

Programming, commissioning, testing, documentation. Real things that work.

04

Deploy

Change management, training. A solution no one uses is a solution that failed.

Four steps, one person. The one who listens at the start is the one who builds, tests and trains at the finish. Nothing gets lost between the promise and the delivery.

My background

 From shop floor to boardroom.

45+ years at BOBST

From electronics apprentice to senior management. I worked my way up every rung, from the shop floor to strategy, which lets me read an organisation from the ground up: the constraints on the floor as much as the stakes in the boardroom. Few people have lived that full picture from the inside.

The nerve to face the unknown

Moving from engineering to communication, spending two years in Japan training teams, crossing the Atlantic on an IMOCA racing yacht alongside pro sailor Bernard Stamm. Seventeen days and nights facing my own limits. Each time, leaving the familiar behind to learn something new. That same curiosity is what I bring to your projects.

Real things, always

Machines installed on every continent, meeting rooms fitted out, exhibition stands delivered, breakdowns fixed under pressure, brands rebuilt from the ground up. My track record isn't made of projects that only exist in PowerPoint, but of things that run, that thousands of people use every day.

Rooted locally, built to last

Local impact, real and hands-on, starting at home. A solar array that has produced over 103 MWh since 2017, a house run by a hundred or so sensors and actuators. I don't theorise about sustainable transformation: I live it every day, and I put that experience to work on human-scale projects, right here in the region.

What would make me take on a role again? A subject I genuinely love: simplification, automation, rolling out solutions, transformation.

Work & proof

What you see, and the work behind it.
